The Lagree method focuses on cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility through slow and controlled movements that activates slow-twitch, fat-burning muscle fibers.

Express 30: 

Start with a 30 min full body workout that is beginner friendly and allows clients to familiarize themselves with the Megaformer machine and the Lagree method. A minimum of 3 Express 30 are required before attending any Mega 50 class.

Mega 50: 

Our signature 50 min full body workout on the megaformer focuses on toning and strengthening muscles in short transition times. A minimum of 3 Mega 50 sessions is required before attending the specialized versions below.

Mega Booty:

 A 50-minute lower body workout that focuses on strengthening, toning, and flexing glutes and lower body muscles.

Mega Abs & Arms:

 A 50-minute upper body workout that focuses on strengthening and shaping upper body muscles with emphasis on core and obliques.

Mega Athletic advanced: 

A minimum of 20 MEGA 50 sessions is required before attending this class. It is the advanced version of our signature class with quicker transition times and more challenging moves.
